10. The Charmed Ones Get Their Powers Episode:Something Wicca This Way Comes (Season 1, Episode 1) What happens: The Halliwell sisters, Prue, Piper and Phoebe are reunited following their beloved grandmother's death. Their first night together in the manor house changes their destinies forever, when they stumble upon an ancient book of witchcraft in the attic. Phoebe accidentally recites an incantation, which results in them having their unique powers bestowed upon them. Why it's SO cool: The very first episode sets the tone perfectly for what's to come. And the moment the girls receive their powers - the moment The Charmed Ones are born - is without doubt, one of the most memorable and significant moments in the history of the show. 9. The Charmed Ones Become Goddesses What happens: In order to defeat the Titans, Greek mythical gods who are hell bent on destroying Whitelighters, Leo gives The Charmed Ones the power of the gods and turns the sisters into all powerful Greek Goddesses. Why it's SO cool: With Paige as the Goddess of War, Piper as the Goddess of the Earth and Phoebe as the Goddess of Love, The Charmed Ones have never been more powerful. It's certainly refreshing to see the Power of Three facing off against such formidable foes. And we haven't even touched on those costumes! 8. Cole's Identity Is Revealed What happens: Prue and Piper reluctantly join forces with a demon bounty hunter sent by The Source to destroy Belthazor. But when Phoebe takes an injured Cole to Leo, in the process of healing him, he realises that Cole isn't entirely human; that he is, in fact, the demon Belthazor. Phoebe suddenly finds herself forced to choose between vanquishing the man she loves or defying her sisters and sparing his life. She chooses the latter and fakes his vanquishing. Why it's SO cool: Well, it's about time! Okay, so we all knew the truth about the drop dead gorgeous lawyer. Nevertheless the reality of The Charmed Ones finally discovering Cole's true demonic nature is still a treat. Poor Phoebe. Discovering that the love of your life is in fact an evil half-demon, isn't exactly going to do wonders for your blossoming relationship. 7. The Source Is Vanquished Episode: Charmed and Dangerous (Season 4, Episode 13) What happens: The Source releases the Hollow - an ancient power able to absorb all magic indiscriminately. With Paige and Piper stripped of their powers and Leo close to death, things have never looked worse for The Charmed Ones. But thanks to the Seer, Cole is given the power of the Hollow to go up against The Source, allowing him to absorb all of his power. While Cole holds The Source at bay, The Charmed Ones use a spell that calls on the powers of all their ancestors to vanquish him. But in doing so, Cole decides to keep some of The Source's powers for himself. 6.Phoebe's Wedding What happens: An excited Phoebe prepares for her dream wedding, completely unaware that The Source has taken over Cole's body. Together with the Seer, they plan to make Phoebe and Cole's wedding a dark one, thus ensuring that the child they are destined to have will be evil. Unbeknown to Phoebe, she and Cole eventually tie the knot in a dark ceremony presided over by an evil priest. 5. Wyatt's Birth What happens: Phoebe and Paige attend a summit meeting with the leaders of evil to figure out why all magic - good and evil - has stopped. But it turns out to be a ruse to get them out of the way so a demon can steal Piper's baby. When Piper goes into labor, it's up to Phoebe and Paige to find a way to save the baby without using magic. 4. Bye Bye Cole Episode: Centennial Charmed (Season 5, Episode 12) What happens: In a twisted attempt to win Phoebe back, Cole casts a spell that creates an alternate reality. Paige doesn't exist, Phoebe is trapped in an unhappy marriage, Leo and Piper are divorced and Piper has become a vigilante, hunting demons to avenge Prue's death. When the sisters confront Cole, for a moment it looks like Phoebe will save his life - again. But Phoebe ends up being the one to throw the potion and vanquish her evil hubby for good. What happens: Following Prue's shocking death, Piper and Phoebe struggle to come to terms with not only the loss of their big sister but also the loss of the Power of Three. The Source, meanwhile, has discovered the identity of another Charmed One and sets out to turn her evil. It's up to new sister Paige to restore the Power of Three and put The Charmed Ones back in business. Episode: All Hell Breaks Loose (Season 3, Episode 22) What happens: The Charmed Ones are exposed as witches on nationwide TV. Unfortunately, it seems the only way to undo the damage is to form a pact with The Source to reverse time. But in the process, Prue makes the ultimate sacrifice trying to save an Innocent. With Prue gone, the Power of Three is no more. Why it's SO cool: Spoilers aside, it's still one of the most shocking and sad moments in the history of the show. Definitely a Kleenex moment. But at least Prue got the exit she deserved. By making the ultimate sacrifice to save another life, Prue died as she lived, with courage, honor and dignity. And even to this day, we still miss you, Prue! 1. Piper and Leo Tie The Knot What happens: It's the day of Piper and Leo's wedding but things aren't exactly going to plan. Prue's nightmares seem to be coming true and the night before the wedding, she finds herself under suspicion of murder! It's up to Leo, Cole and Darryl to work together to bring the real murderer to justice, so Leo and Piper can tie the knot without any further complications or interruptions. Top 10 Charmed Moments
Episode: Oh My Goddess Parts 1 & 2 (Season 5, Episodes 22 and 23)
Episode: Sleuthing With the Enemy (Season 3, Episode 8)
Why it's SO cool: As long as The Source was still out there, looking to finish the job he started, The Charmed Ones would never be safe - or be able to move on from Prue's death. This is a fitting way to allow Prue to rest in peace. Plus it's such a cool vanquishing, calling upon your ancestors to help you kick The Source's butt big time! 
Episode: Marry Go Round (Season 4, Episode 15)
Why it's SO cool: Okay, so Phoebe didn't get the fairytale wedding she dreamed of. And the less said about Cole not being the man she thought she was marrying the better. But whichever way you look at it, their marriage - however dark and evil -cemented their obvious deep love for one another. 
Episode: The Day the Magic Died (Season 5, Episode 15)
Why it's SO cool: The Halliwell clan gets a new addition - and it's a boy! (Hands up if you guessed correctly?). Our favorite couple have been longing for a baby and we've been longing for them to have one! Witnessing Piper giving birth at home, with her father, her sisters and her husband by her side is one of those lump-in-throat, tear-in-eye kind of moments. Magical, in every sense of the word.
Why it's SO cool: Love him or hate him, Charmed was definitely changed by the devilishly handsome Cole Turner. His final vanquishing has to be one of the coolest vanquishings on the show - ever. And having Phoebe be the one to vanquish him is 'so' fitting. At long last she finally realised that sometimes love just isn't enough - especially when it comes to evil demons. But all the same, it was still sad to see him go.
3. A New Charmed One
Episode: Charmed Again Parts 1 & 2 (Season 4, Episodes 1 and 2)
Why it's SO cool: After months and months of rumors and speculation, we finally get to meet the new Charmed One. Although the thought of Charmed without Prue was almost as unthinkable as. as Punch without Judy; Mulder without Scully; or J Lo without a hubby, the introduction of a long lost sister (okay, half-sister!) brought a breath of fresh air to the show and gave it a new lease of life. And you can't argue with that!
2. Farewell Prue
Episode: Just Harried (Season 3, Episode 15)
Why it's SO cool: It's the moment we've all been waiting for - finally, Piper and Leo become man and wife. If ever a couple were meant to be together, it's Leo and Piper. With Grams, Patty and Victor altogether to join in the celebrations, it's a real family occasion. It's touching to see their mother come down from heaven to attend the ceremony. It kind of makes you feel warm and fuzzy all over. In short, a true Kodak moment.
